The highly successful daytime show, JUDGE RINDER, is now in series 6 and going from strength to strength! We are looking for Assistant Producers to join our talent pool, based Media City, Salford.  

An understanding of the JUDGE RINDER show is key as is the ability to demonstrate the types of stories and contributors that make a strong programme.  You will have a proven ability to cast high volumes of contributors relevant to the show – previous experience of target led casting will be an advantage.  You will be required to manage the day to day running of a small team of researchers – previous experience of motivating and leading teams are essential.

Supporting editorial management you will have exceptional organisational skills (including attention to detail), a thorough knowledge of OFCOM guidelines and compliance, good administrative and problem solving skills, the ability to use your own initiative, computer literacy as well as working within a close team environment.  Strong communication skills, both on the telephone and in person, are essential as is proven experience of dealing with on screen talent and members of the public.

We would consider senior researchers who have worked on similar types of shows and are ready to make the step to AP.
