We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join the team. 

This role entails…
The role will report directly to the PTP Operations Manager and help to deliver all processes across the PTP invoicing team. This includes primarily supporting the senior finance assistants in maintaining accurate invoice processing and BAU activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Supplier Invoice BAU is processed accurately on a daily basis, this will include invoice interfacing
• Support PTP Operations Manager and Seniors in BAU activities using best practice for payment to terms
• Provide frontline business support to end users; purchasing specialists and suppliers to resolve queries
• Ensure ITV controls are adhered to across the supplier invoice process at all times
• Complete monthly statement reconciliations for ITV’s top suppliers, in line with audit requirements
• Ensure key performance indicators are met & delivered on a monthly basis
• Deliver training to business users on an ad hoc basis to drive best practice across ITV. This could include phone, desk or classroom training
• Monitor and control the end-to-end procurement process and facilitate the resolution of any technical issues identified.
• Ensure that regulatory and legal statutory requirements are met, and work with the ITV Tax team to ensure PTP process is tax compliant
• Support ongoing review of anti-fraud controls across the supplier invoice process
• Work with business service centre teams to maintain compliance and ensure confidentiality of all supplier and invoice data
• The position will encompass many varied duties which will require flexibility in approach and effective time management
• Will be required to communicate effectively and work with all levels of colleagues at ITV including senior stakeholders 
• Flexibility in working hours to meet key deliverables 
• The ideal candidate will proactively seek to streamline processes and utilise any opportunities for change or improvement

What do I need to get this role/job?
Minimum criteria 

• Experience of working in high volume PTP environment at a large organisation (desirable, not essential) 
• Stakeholder management skills – both internal and external at varying levels of an organisation
• Flexible in style, able to accommodate a variety of different attitudes and adjust their approach accordingly
• Excellent communication skills
